HR Manager, Talent & Development recruitment

Located in Hong Kong, our client is a leading Financial Services firm, looking for a strong generalist or consultant with strong talent management experiences to join their team.

As the main talent management contact for a leading client group, you will report to the VP, Talent and Development Manager to assist with rolling out global talent initiatives across the region.  Along with advising senior managers, you will also be responsible for daily operational aspects of the role including vendor management, program development and other ad hoc projects.  

We are ideally looking for someone with a strong, business partnering background from reputable finance companies who has had extensive talent management experiences. This person must have a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and able to influence the thinking of key stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential, with Cantonese and Mandarin being very advantageous. In addition, we are also looking for:

• Must have talent management experience, along with business partnering  experience within financial institutions

• Client focused and commercially orientated

• Strong relationship and influencing skills

• Ability to facilitate group sessions if needed
