HR Operations Lead – Financial Services (Ref No. HR-FS/AP060612) recruitment

 Our client is a globally recognized financial services organisation. With a client base consisting of large scale MNC’s and aggressive expansion across Asia Pacific, they are looking for a highly experienced HR Professional with a strong generalist background to oversee a large team and ensure the delivery of a first class HR service.

The role will involve delivering the full spectrum of HR services to a large population size and working closely with regional HR teams on HR functions such as Reward Recognition, Talent Management Talent Development and HR Policy and Procedure. The role will involve developing robust HR processes and systems which adhere to local legislation and keeping abreast of current HR practice and trends. In addition, the role will require presenting solutions and remedies to complex HR issues. You will also be responsible for understanding corporate guidelines and group policies and ensure these are implemented successfully and assist with growth plans. You will lead a team of experienced HR professionals and manage key JR projects.

The successful candidate will have 8 – 10 years HR experience gained from large global MNC environments and be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of HR issues including excellent problem solving skills. You will have a strong leadership and project management skills and demonstrate your ability to deliver a first class HR service. You will have excellent communication skills with fluent English and Chinese and have the ability to influence and persuade at executive level.
