HR Operations Regional Project Manager recruitment

Our client is currently undergoing large-scale change and a number of HR projects are underway. They are looking for an experienced HR Projects candidate with a proven track record in achieving outstanding results, identifying areas within the business for change and seeing this through to project completion.

In this role, you will be charged with identifying, managing and overseeing HR Projects through to completion. This will require working closely with the business regionally, understanding where there may be ways for making HR run more smoothly, making suggestions for change and working with the business to improve and streamline processes.

This role is a great step into the banking industry and our client supports long term career development and personal growth.

The successful candidate will have a high level of familiarity with HR Projects and a strong track record of process improvement. Naturally, you will have demonstrated ability to influence internal and external clients and establishing project expectations.
