HR PMO Finance Manager recruitment
HR PMO Finance Manager/Contract/£750 per day
Established Financial services institution is looking for an experienced PMO to focus on their HR Operations. The purpose of this role would be to plan and budget all HR Operations costs on an ongoing basis along with tracking and reporting project costs to the programme budget and business case.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial management: Assist in preparing and documenting business case.
- Define internal financial processes: Identify requirements and responsibilities as well as developing the financial reporting package.
- Manage internal expenses and manage the HR operations account.
- Manage financial forecasting processes, capital budgeting processes, balance sheets and reporting.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as PMO ideally within a leading Bank.
- Essential - PMO experience within a HR department.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Proven background in challenging and improving processes.
