HR Product Specialist – Intern recruitment
Description
As a member of the Graduate Recruitment team, you will:
- Support recruitment processes by liaising with schools on administrative matters and working
- Ensure all HR administrative matters related to interns are carried out and/or followed up (e.g. payroll, absence management, evaluations)
- Liaise with Learning Development to coordinate intern participation in the weekly induction
- Register starters/leavers on Peoplesoft, verify weekly reporting
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to write and speak fluently in French and English
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in HR administration is an asset
Location: Paris Duration: 4 to 6 months from ASAP
