HR Project Manager recruitment

The HR Project Manager’s primary role is to manage the transfer of processes or services from HR to a new HR Shared Services function (HRSS) within the bank. This role will be responsible for supporting all transitions migrations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Implement the strategy for Transitions Plans for EMEA, in line with each region’s directions and strategies   Create the execution plans, which include the transfer and/or consolidation of processes like HR Administration, Payroll Services, and identified HRSS related processes from country HR departments to the HRSS team.  

Supervise the end-to-end execution for each Transitions Plan, which includes:

• Planning project milestones associated with project plan to ensure completion of deliverables within specific timeframes.

• Conducting the due diligence process with the HR teams or sending HRSS teams for the transition of HR administration, Payroll services and/or other HRSS related processes for each assigned country.

• Documenting the processes and procedures using the required project templates and standards, ensuring that the required reviews by the Customer, Risk and Control, Service Centres are completed.

• Performing the gap analysis against current and future state processes - developing implementation communication plans

• Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives or standardization ideas that will increase productivity and efficiency, reduce cycle or processing time and reduce error rates.

• Developing the required documentation for assigned transition projects.

• Driving sign offs on all required project documentations.

• Updating HRSS standard scope of services repository

Experience

• Excellent experience in leading projects or project management

• Prior experience and knowledge of the HR/Payroll Shared Services operations.

• Experience working with senior customers and strong stakeholder management skills will be essential for this role.
