HR Project Officer

Job Description:

- Provide functional support to the HR Manager throughout the project
- Provide support to the HR team for the preparation and implementation of SAP systems

- Help tidy up the current database for the transferral of all employee information
- Document the various processes for SAP implementation and use
- Provide training on the system to users in different locations throughout the world

Profile:

- Minimum of a BA in Business Administration, HR or IT
- An experience of 3-5 years working as a consultant or as a project manager on SAP (ideally SAP HR)
- Be able to co-ordinate a team of experts to guarantee the timely implementation of the system
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a high pressure environment
- Be able to prepare action plans based on data, information and recommendations given
