Role
The primary role of this individual is to develop performance reports, operating metrics and dashboard reporting to support several business areas within Bloomberg, including PD business operations, other corporate departments (BLP ADMIN) and company wide performance on PD related activities. Responsibilities include:

- Analyze business metrics and develop reports to: evaluate performance against business plan goals, support business decisions and prioritize resources.
- Analyze large data sets, develop critical insights and articulate solutions based on Performance Assessment other HR data to inform and talent management initiatives and key executive decisions including employee engagement, management, career development, training, reward, benefits, etc.
- Ensure proper documentation and consistency of data used in reporting. and evaluate reporting tools such as SAP Business Warehouse, internal reporting systems, etc.
- Evaluate reporting tools such as SAP Business Warehouse, internal reporting systems; work with HRIS to communicate business reporting requirements to application developers and develop reporting tools.
- Document current reporting processes, standards and guidelines
- Research current industry trends in professional development (CLC, Mercer, Sirota).
- Work on ad-hoc reporting to analyze success of various corporate business initiatives and prepare documentation and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:
- Over 5 years in an analytical, metrics focused role
- Undergraduate degree required
- Proficient with all Microsoft applications
- Highly skilled with data applications including but not limited to Excel, Access, PeopleSoft, SAP BW, using SPSS, a plus
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt new technology and software.
- Ability to provide solutions based on analysis of large data sets, business plans and goals
- Ability to execute projects in high pressure environment while clearly articulating roles, project goals, and timelines.
