HR Reporting Intern recruitment

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Assist in the planning of strategic hires within Global Markets liaising with the respective HR counterparts in each country to collect data, making sure the process is completed in a professional and timely manner

• Update reporting tools with all data for new hires, resignations, internal transfers and new title system for Markets Research

• Facilitate a close working relationship between the HR Business Partner and the CIB/Group Expert Centres

• Support the Global HR BP to reach given targets

• Support Systems related projects across the EMEA region from a reporting perspective

• Assist in Issuing of monthly reports for planning and controlling to monitor costs, headcount and positions management data

• Assist in the preparation of various monthly/quarterly/yearly headcount, staff costs, HR and ad hoc reports, as required by Management and Head Office and in line with the Group policies and guidelines

• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation for managers within Markets

Personal Specification:

• Understanding of HR practice, including up to date knowledge of compensation and reporting

• An understanding of HR processes and procedures

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Excellent PC and application database skills, including Microsoft Office suite, HR databases

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

• Able to relate to all levels of staff including management

• Self motivated with a proactive approach

• High attention to detail and to be able to meet strict deadlines

• University degree
