About HR Reporting Analytics
The HR Reporting Analytics team are responsible for the delivery of HR reporting and analysis; for ensuring HR data adheres to data management policies, processes and quality; and for providing support in the delivery of core cycle and other annual cycles to aligned Business Divisions. They will deliver scheduled, unscheduled and both simple and complex ad-hoc reports providing both basic commentary and more detailed data analysis, insight and interpretation.

They will work with clients to discuss, translate and validate ideas, concepts and hypotheses into reporting and analytics requirements. They will own and promote the catalogue of self-service reports, ensuring the available reports meet business requirements and minimize the number of ad-hoc requests. They will actively identify the most appropriate and cost effective method of delivering reporting output, identifying where opportunities for consolidation, standardization and simplification exist.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver scheduled reports on a regular basis, as defined by the agreed reporting calendar/inventory
• Deliver unscheduled reports, as requested
• Deliver simple ad-hoc reports / queries (and complex ones, where appropriate), working with or reassigning to the Reporting Development team, as required
• Identify where opportunities for report consolidation, standardization and simplification exist and work with requestors to promote and drive the use of standardized and scheduled reports in place of customization
• Identify where requests require escalation to the Analyst team
• Respond to requests reassigned from the Analyst team
• Support report testing activities as requested by the Reporting Development team
• Support system testing activities as requested (e.g. for reporting systems, CPi)
• Deliver HR Reporting services according to agreed SLAs, quality controls and local legislation
• Provide support in ongoing operational process improvement including identifying where synergies and opportunities for consolidation, standardization or other improvements exist
• Provide SME input into project activity where requested

Requirements• Preferably experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in Reporting Analytics, and a very good understanding of Human Resources value chain
• Strong service delivery focus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• In depth knowledge of Reporting Analytical tools including advanced knowledge of excel and Business Objects
• Fluent in German and English, French highly desirable
