HR Services Team Leader recruitment

Reporting directly to the Head of Head of Manpower and Human Resources Advisory you will lead the HR Services Team to ensure effective service delivery in all aspects of HR administrations and operational processes, including payroll, benefit programs' enrolment and record maintenance in a fast paced environment.

Success in this position requires a demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the design and timely delivery of wide range of HR analytics, working closely with the Finance Department to monitor the financial ratio and staff cost budget. You will champion all HRIS system enhancement projects and oversee the whole process from the design, development of user requirements, management of IT vendors, execution of UAT and its successful implementation per project schedules, as well as manage process improvement projects and feasibility study of automation to help streamline the operational flows and enhance efficiency and work closely with Reward Team to achieve synergy in reward management and effective service delivery especially for new policy/ program implementation.

To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position with solid exposure overseeing CB administration, payroll and HRIS management. In addition you will be conversant with legislative requirements and best market practices and poses a strong analytical mind, attention to details and the ability to provide proactive timely recommendation to improve the service quality on operational issues.

A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential.
