HR Shared Services Change/Project Manager – Bulge Bracket IB recruitment

• Develop change management strategy and a set of targeted change management plans

• Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance

• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings

• Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are group sponsors of change

• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes

• Vendor management of relevant service providers

• Provide recommendations and implement potential solutions on how to streamline and standardize operational workflows across HR functionalities  

• Strong understanding of different functionalities within HR (Comp and Benefits, Recruitment, Training Development etc) and experience in streamlining and process improvement in these functionalities

• Line management of team members including resource planning, coaching, acting as point of escalation, performance management and career development

Requirements:

• A university degree

• Proven track record of managing service delivery in human resources

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma, Prince 2 etc)

• Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle

• Experience with large-scale organizational change effort across multiple countries

• Ability to continuously drive standardization, simplify services, increase process automation

• Ability to build credibility across the organization and establish a network of key senior stakeholder relationships
