HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits recruitment

The HR Specialist role within Human Resources is primarily responsible for administering the Hong Kong and Singapore analyst license registration process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate applications and direct applicants to complete appropriate documentation
- Complete and review back ground checks for analyst per local regulatory requirements, identify and raise issues revealed in checks
- Process annual updates according to license requirements
- Coordinate tracking and communication of relevant changes for existing Licensed Representative (LO) and Responsible Officer (RO) with relevant regulators
- Process license terminations with relevant regulators for employees terminating analyst role
- Process all benefits enrollments, changes and terminations for the region
- Manage education assistance program for the region
- Provide departmental administrative support
- Maintain an efficient filing system and proper record retention for the department
