Part-time Human Resource Coordinator
Growing Career School seeking a qualified Human Resource Coordinator to be part of their corporate office team.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide general administrative support for Human Resource, to include:
- Prepare, verify, and submit payroll information to an out-sourced payroll provider
- Perform pre-employment processes such as offer letters and background screening
- Coordinate new employee on-boarding processing and orientation
- Coordinate and process required new hire employment forms
- Coordinate and answer routine benefit questions to include annual benefit enrollment
- Maintain personnel files both active and terminated
- Assist management with preparing memo’s, reports and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and other appointments
- Order supplies.
Reports to the President of Organization
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years payroll, benefits, recruiting, on-boarding, personnel recordkeeping or related human resource experience
- Some college or formal training courses in accounting, business, human resources or related field
