- Make commercial decision to pitch to senior executive-board members
- Identify where could make cost saving and transformation measures - e.g. move out of a country location into another to save cost; liaise with internal partners; negotiation with suppliers-legal, etc.
- Global and Workforce Planning expertise to have a Business Opinion
- Bottom-Up approach to planning
- HR expertise and also Accounting Qualified to handle the metrics and numbers to support strategic claims
- Someone who can execute as opposed to just the Strategy piece

- HR led understand or Workforce Planning, Cost Transformation agenda, Negotiations
- Accounting Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA
- Global experience in multiple international locations - volume and pressure of a sizeable environment
- Could be from a similar HR Transformation team in Multinational Banking Organisationor from a Big 4 Consultancy-HR background

- World-renowned International Banking organisation based in Canary Wharf are looking for an HR Strategic Projects and Workforce Planning expert to join this new Strategy team. Ideal person will have both HR transformation and be Accounting qualified

- Base salary for the right candidate, dependant on experience bringing to the role, from: £50,000 to £70,000
