HR Technology Programme Manager – PeopleSoft recruitment

Infrastructure  Change (IC) manages and delivers the group-wide strategic HR change agenda, including delivery of the strategic planning process for HR. The team is also responsible for the delivery of global HR technology solutions.

As HR Programme Manager you will play a pivotal role in our HR Transformation Programme ‘Making it Easy’.  This represents a significant senior management opportunity to lead a high profile programme between HR and Technology where you will have responsibility for programme delivery and also for building capability back within the HR function. It is therefore essential that you have a proven track record within a similar role in order to succeed and drive this programme forward.

In order to succeed within this high profile role, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional ERP Programme Delivery experience (PeopleSoft) where you will have had a Global rollout remit having worked for an International corporate organisation. Naturally you will have gained significant people management skills throughout your career and your stakeholder management skills will be second to none.
