HRBP Central Region recruitment
We are now seeking an experienced and senior HR Business Partner to join our team based in Dubai. As the HR Business Partner for Central region you will be accountable for leading a team of HR professionals along with delivering human capital strategies to an employee base of approx 1200 across 21 countries.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Partner with and influence HR Centers of Excellence, global HRBP's and regional leadership team to effectively design, implement, communicate, manage, and enhance HR programs and initiatives.
* Partner with regional management teams on organizational design, talent planning, employee training and development, diversity initiatives and strategy, employee relations, and individual coaching and mediating.
Provide HR specific inputs to the development and execution of regional strategies, execution plans, and budgets based on the global direction
* Partner with regional leadership team to develop and execute workforce strategies focusing on talent acquisition, deployment, development and international assignments.
* Lead the organizational design work supporting the regional leadership through company transformation

As a true HR business partner you will bring with you approx 15 years of experience gained within high performance and matrixed organizations. Given the country remit it would be ideal if you had exposure to working in the Middle East.
As a confident leader will have previous experience in leading and developing remote teams. Critical to your success will be your ability to influence change, outcomes and build commitment amongst senior leaders and stakeholders across the region.
