HRBP Manager Customer Services Operational Support recruitment

We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute HRBP Manager to join our team. With proven HR generalist skills and a solid understanding of the employment life-cycle you will deliver people solutions, influencing and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure the people impact is fully anticipated in any strategic decision taken within the B2C business unit.

Based from one of our key locations: Doxford,ExeterorHove, you will be a senior member of the B2C HR Team supporting our Customer Service Division. This is an exciting and challenging environment where change is common place. Recognising this, the HRBP Manager will lead on people initiatives harnessing their organisational design and delivery skills to reflect business transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a commercial HR Manager ideally gained within a large matrix organisation. In addition to HR technical skills, CIPD or equivalent academic qualifications, you will have good business acumen and be able to work at a strategic level, drawing support form the Centres of Excellence for Resourcing, Talent and Learning and Development or from the HRBP team to ensure your stakeholders needs are met and the solution fits the direction of the business. Cross-site travel is a requirement of this role and you must have a professional attitude and be a self starter with the drive, technical ability and credibility to succeed.
