HR/Finance Administrator Job in Little Rock 72201, Arkansas US

Coordinates the volunteer on-boarding and exit processes

Finance:

·         Reviews and approves expense reports before payment.

·         Responsible for Credit Card Account Administration, which involves referencing a monthly download from the credit card issuers, sending a report to employees who have transactions, confirming purpose of card use, and reviewing expenses as appropriate. Performs final coding, creation and import of journal batch for credit card distribution.

·         Responds to Worker’s Compensation claims and manages the workers comp audit process, as well as insurance renewal.

·         Manages processing of unemployment insurance claims.  Investigates the details surrounding unemployment cases and responding to claims as needed. 

                Creates and/or approves creation of vendors in Accounting System

Benefits:

·         Assists employees with benefits enrollments, changes, and responds to general benefits-related questions

·         Confirms employee status with hiring manager and benefits eligibility status with the Manager of Compensation Benefits

·         Provides administrative support for yearly open enrollment

 

Compensation Performance Management

·         Processes mid-year salary actions

·         Prepares mid-year salary/promotion letter
Tracks performance review completion

New Hire Processing Orientation

·         Administers new hire processing and conducts  new hire orientation

·         Assists new hires with benefits enrollment and ensures payroll-related information is forwarded to Finance on a timely basis

·         Sets up overtime-eligible employees on Pacific Timesheet system and trains employees and managers on the system and procedures

 

Employee Termination Processing:

·         Processes employee terminations and administers the employee exit process

Employee Training Development

·         Coordinates training schedules

·         Makes all arrangements for training i.e., room reservations, set-up, etc.

 

Customer Service:

·         Responds promptly to employees’ inquiries regarding HR related matters on employee policies and procedures

·         Provides feedback to HR management on employee concerns and issues

Provides administrative support to the HR staff as requested
