HRIS Manager, Asia Pacific recruitment
The job holder will provide functional and technical leadership on business process analysis, systems application design and implementation, and project coordination in HR related areas. Strong HR knowledge on Asia Pacific countries, and is able to communicate with related parties effectively in order to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for changes on HR processes, policies and information systems. The job holder is an individual contributor aligned to key HR areas, handles significant amount of data analysis, reporting, quality control, and process governance activities.
Position Tasks:
- Leads the process of detailed functional and technical planning on HR related systems improvement. Including process data (such as staffing headcount, intra-regional movement) collection and analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, design and deployment;
- Assists in process governance activities in systems design and deployment, and periodic assessments on user engagement. Delivers training sessions and organises end-user tests to ensure projects are operational and functional;
- Prioritizes resources and requirements in managing projects;
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of relevant documentation relating to design decisions, policies and procedures;
- Responsible for HR reporting for management decision references.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with major in science or technology, MBA preferred;
- 7-10 years related working experience, hands-on HR knowledge in the region, and HR related process improvement project management skills are definitely desirable;
- Strong communication skill, and is able to work independently in a multi-culture environment, in particular, effectively working with HRIS teams in Paris.
