HRIS Manager, Global Role – Financial Services recruitment

Our client is global leader in the financial services sector. Due to significant growth and expansion, they are currently seeking an HRIS professional to manage some upcoming and critical projects. Based in Hong Kong, this will be a global role, working with employees across Asia, Europe and USA.

This newly created position will manage planning, execution and change management for the transition of their existing systems into a single new HRIS and roll-out of SAP across global locations. You will work closely with your team members and internal stake holders to project manage and ensure a smooth and efficient transition. You will be responsible for all HR aspects of the process review including documenting, testing, implementation, education and training on the new system. Critical success factors for the role include being able to engage key stakeholders within the regions, effectively communicating the key changes and implications of the program, ensuring collaboration throughout the HR organization, as well as working across a very diverse region with a wide range of internal clients.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in regional project management gained over at least 6 years within sizable multinationals. It is essential that the candidate has SAP-specific experience and a solid understanding of HR processes and systems is also critical. Previous experience of implementation in a project leadership capacity is a definite plus. This role will best suit a strong project manager with change management and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
