HRIT Service Now & Documentum Technical Expert

HRIT (Human Resources Information Technology) is a global function providing services to HR teams across the world. Our client has over 60,000 users in Global Wealth Management and Business Banking, Global Asset Management, Investment Bank and Corporate Centre using HRIT applications.  
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include:

Conducting analysis with the objective of delivering effective technology solutions for all aspects of the HR business Conducting/preparing documentation, feasibility analysis, gap analysis, functional design specification, process flows and procedure, test cases/plans, implementation plan, user manual, training material with effective documentation and deliver user training Effort estimations and Cost/benefit analysis of a different solution options and proactively recommend appropriate technology solutions to meet the changing needs of business Working closely with business subject matter experts to capture business requirements and conduct all aspects of business analysis Undertaking Solution and Integration Architecture analysis and work closely with different IT teams to identify, define and implement solutions Minimising project / business risks through effective analysis and suggestion/implementation of mitigation measures Preparing and maintaining project plan, risk register, issue register, resource plan, project communication and status update Monitoring and assuring the deliveries provided by 3rd Party suppliers. IT project co-ordination, communication and escalation Maintenance of IT documentation and procedures Key skills requirements include a sound understanding of:

Operational processes and workflows of an HR Service Delivery Organisation Best practices and regulatory requirements Software development lifecycle Change management MS software (Windows XP, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Document and case management applications, ideally Documentum and Service Now Other essential specialised knowledge and applied skills include:

Minimum 10-15 years experience in Investment Banking industry and also working with HR IT Documentum Service Now. Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English (German is highly desirable) with strong presentation skills Ability to effectively articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences Sound analytical mind set with strong and proven problem solving and analytical skills Ability to identify and focus on important aspects with attention to details Motivated quick learner, pragmatic and results-orientated and must be flexible in relation to scope of work Experience / knowledge in analysing business process and document business and system requirements Experience / knowledge in feasibility analysis and gap analysis Experience / knowledge in documentation of function specification, business/IT process flows, user manual and training materials Experience / knowledge in creating test cases, test plan, implementation plan Experience / knowledge in maintaining IT documentation and procedures Documentation skill to gather, prioritise, tidy up and structure necessary information Implementation and/or upgrade experience of IT systems Implementation of  global projects Solid knowledge of project life cycle Good work ethic with a strong client service focusApplicants MUST be resident in the UK at the time of applying and be either a British Citizen, British National or hold an Indefinite Leave to Remain status from UK Immigration.  For successful applicants face to face interviews will be held in London at the clients site, please note you are responsible for your own travel expenses.
