HRSystems Analyst recruitment

My client is urgently seeking a HR Systems Analyst who is a 'systems expert' of HR systems to be responsible for HR Systems development maintenance as well as for project managing other technology initiatives for the HR team. The role will support the HR function in ensuring maximum data integrity, the provision of management information, and the ongoing integrity of the JE system.

The successful HR Systems Analyst will have:

Demonstrable experience at a senior level of administration of an HR system. Experience of developing and maintaining HR systems.

Knowledge of other relevant technologies including web based HR solutions i.e. self service, online recruitment, organisational charting

Understanding of gaining business efficiency through managing administrative processes
Strong database administration and development skills.

Ability to produce, analyse and present complex HR data and information in an appropriate way to the Leadership team

Good project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is Desirable
