Human Capital Consultant recruitment
The Role - Duties Responsibilities will include:
• You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver and manage Business Transformation projects in the area of human capital management.
- You will assist in corporate and functional strategy development.
- You will work with operating model design for clients.
- You will help clients achieve Operations Excellence (including Lean).
- You will work with clients in their Enterprise Cost Reduction in the area of Human Capital management.
- You will advise clients in the areas of leadership, strategic resourcing, change management , succession planning and many other areas.
- You will provide quality advice to clients based on experience and leading industry practice.
The Individual:
It is very important that the candidate has sufficient experience to act as a lead assessor / coach with senior clients, and therefore we would expect this to suit a mid-career stage individual who is looking for a brilliant opportunity.
- You will have Big Firm H.R. Consulting experience in Strategy and Operations, or significant roles in large scale transformation projects in Blue Chip organisations.
- You may have a background in Occupational/Business Psychology and have worked for yourself advising and consulting with organisations.
- You will have a strong academic record with appropriate business qualification.
- You will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical.
- You will have the ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, works to deadlines, and produces quality deliverables.
- You will have proven experience in showing initiative and a proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen.
