Human Capital Strategy & Metrics – SINGAPORE – (6 month Contract) recruitment

The main thrust of the position is to work in the Employee Research area of Human Capital. Specifically you will project manage the Global roll out of the Employee survey and the Global Roll Classification Framework. You will define best practices in employee management, thus improving business performance and controlling the risk.

The ideal candidate will have a background in either, Psychology, Economics or Market Research or HR Research and strong analytical and organizational capability, written communication skills and the ability to focus both on the detail and the big picture. A can-do attitude and passion for HR is important, as well as having an appetite to learn. You will have experience of Data analysis and be highly numerate.
