Human Resource Manager, APAC – Technology recruitment

Our Client

With a strong global footprint, our client is a market leader of trading, data and information systems. They are looking for a proactive and passionate Human Resources professional

The Role

Reporting to the Global HR Head and COO, and managing a team of three, the role heads up the HR functions of the operations.

In this role, you will provide professional HR support and advice to managers and employees in our client's offices in Hong Kong, India, Australia, Japan and China. Current regional headcount is 150. The applicant must understand and drive the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, champion business change efforts while supporting the business.

The role is responsible for implementation, administration and the operation of human resource projects, programs, practices and procedures , working closely with bankers, lawyers and consultation firms in the regions. In addition, you will drive recruitment and compensation and benefit programs in line to support a fast growing innovative, professional and client focused organization. You will also deliver a professional HR service commercially rather than relying on policy and procedure.

To Qualify

To qualify, you will be degree qualified and you will have a proven past in HR related projects outside of the administration HR function.  You will have a minimum of 8 years working experience and a strong background in managing all HR issues such as recruitment, employment relations, compensation and benefits.

Ideally, your working background will come from Technology, professional and financial service companies. Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
