Human Resources Assistant
- Responsible the daily activities and workload, accuracy and timeliness of all incoming employee data changes.
- Serve as an escalation point for the employees and interact with various levels and departments within the organization for problem resolution as needed.
- Data management, planning, issue resolution process, including performing root cause analysis, issue and workload prioritization.
- Partner with HR team and other departments to implement, define and build technology and administrator needs.
- Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of operational support for policy, procedures, and technology programs.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Economics, Accounting and/or Business
- 0-3 years related work experience
- College Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skill set; be able to manage, influence, partner, negotiate, and deliver presentations.
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
