Position Details:
In this role, the Human Resources Business Partner will provide HR leadership to the CSDA, Credit Services and Decision Analytics, senior sales leader to establish and develop talent and organizational strategies intended to attract, develop and engage the workforce. The HRBP will be responsible for delivering HR strategy, programs and initiatives tied to strategic business goals to ensure superior organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Human Resource Centers of Excellence to leverage expertise, data analytics, tools, consistency and compliance in organizational change efforts.
- Identify and advise on organizational needs, change management and communication practices that impact roles, people, and processes.
- Identify and diagnose cross-business or functional boundary management issues;collaborates with other HR Business Partners to develop resolution strategies.
- Drive the talent strategy in the business by contributing HR counsel, data andjudgment to the organization's major strategic decisions.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to set expectations,monitor, develop, and drive the pay for performance philosophy; influence performance management and compensation distribution through use of workforce analysis.
- Develop and execute talent strategies to support organizational changes and talentvulnerability analyses.
- Influence leadership capabilities through coaching and developmental opportunities.
- Build succession capability for pivotal leadership roles and a mechanism for sharing talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner function, preferably supporting a sales function in a professional services environment. Deep experience in sales compensation design and implementation is strongly desirable.
- Strong organizational design background.
- Proven experience having facilitated and implemented organizational design sessions with business leaders.
- Change management background required.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing changes using a consistent framework of reference.
- Expert influential leadership/coaching skills.
- Proven success working with senior leaders in a highly matrixed and/or global structure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a Business related discipline preferred
- Masters degree in a related discipline is desirable
