The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Asia Pacific, you will act as a strategic HR advisor for a key business division to develop and drive an elite HR practice. You will work in partnership with organisational leaders and take the lead in a full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee relations. In addition to managing experts on a local and regional basis to ensure alignment of HR processes with global visions, you will represent the team in cross-functional and cross-divisional projects to enhance people strategies.
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder with at least 7 years generalist experience within a financial institution
- Pro-active, independent, and possess a high degree of integrity and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to maintain positive work relationships at all levels
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (and Chinese is an added advantage)
