Six Human Resources Clerk/Benefits Coordinator positions are available in a rapidly expanding, exciting, fun, fast paced and time sensitive environment in beautiful coastal Wilmington, NC!

 

The Human Resources Clerk/Benefits Coordinator duties include:

Provides consultation and quality control in the administration of employment, employee relations, and performance management systems, procedures, and documentation

Provides day-to-day support to management regarding human resource practices, interpretation of company policies, problem resolution, and compliance with federal and state law

Collect, analyze and file human resources data.

 

Administer human resources policies and procedures, including issues pertaining to benefits, safety and health, employee relations, performance management, unemployment claims, workers compensation claims, and any other matters that arise.

 

Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies

 

Serve as a primary benefits point of contact and perform administrative and processing functions for all employee benefits including health, dental, group life, 401(k),  FMLA and workers compensation.  

 

Requirements:

 

Assciaes degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required

 

1-2 years experience in a similar role.

 

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
