Human Resources Generalist – Professional Services ( Ref No. HRG-PS/AP100912) recruitment

 Our client is a highly respected multi services global MNC organisation. With a strong footprint in Asia and managing clients from Global Banking corporations to complex MNC’s, they are now recruiting for a seasoned, experienced HR Generalist to manage and lead a small team in HK.

The role will involve partnering with Business Leaders / Practice Managers to understand business strategy and provide advice, guidance and support from a HR perspective on how best business goals can be achieved. You will be advising on employee relations, talent acquisition and talent development including working with training professionals to support and enhance training offerings, organisational design and performance management. You will be looking to provide HR best practice advice ensuring a solutions driven approach at all times. Your role will involve assisting Business Managers with performance appraisal processes, performance management and promotion cycles and provide coaching and mentoring support.

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 7-8 years HR experience gained from working within large global MNC’s and degree qualified. You will have excellent communication skills, sound problem solving and analytical skills, excellent leadership skills and be able to influence and persuade. You will have excellent networking skills, be able to work with senior management and provide strategic support across all functions in HR.
