Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Representative to join a team of professionals who provide information/services to our North American employees. The HR Representative processes data, resolves employee inquiries and supports all functional areas of HR. The HR Representative is the first contact for employees in responding to HR inquiries.
The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
• Complete data entry, validate information, track down approvals and audit all employee lifecycle changes.
• Responsible for new hire processing and paperwork, as well as termination processing and administration.
• Help with the day to day administration of benefit programs as needed
• Partner with payroll to process changes that impact payroll and provide backup support to the payroll team.
• Provide monthly reports and ad hoc reports as needed.

Job Experience:
The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:
• 2-4 years of experience in a HR service environment; 2+ years HRIS experience (PeopleSoft required).
• Knowledge of HR related functions, practices and policies, applicable federal and state employment law requirements and HR benefits administration, payroll, and HR compliance regulations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications such as MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PDF programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use HRIS systems specifically PeopleSoft is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making skills.
• Strong applied learning skills
• Attention to detail to ensure data integrity.

Minimum Education Required: Associate
