Human Resources
CIB Human Resources Department (CIB HR) supports CIB staff and managers in London, providing them with a full range of strategic advisory transactional services (in terms of payroll, recruitment, career management, learning development and employee relations). In regular contact with the Corporate HR Department of BNP Paribas, CIB HR is the entry point for all CIB employees on any human resources issue. The team in London comprises 70 human resources professionals.
Job Description
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), the HRIS Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the global CIB HR systems.
Business Analysis (40%)
- Identify business requirements
- Produce functional/business specifications (using UML )
- Build relationship with sponsors
- Manage relationship with IT development teams
- Analyse process flows
- Establish procedures
- Identify data quality issues as and when they occur and manage through to resolution.
Reporting (10%)
- Production of reports and analysis of data on a regular or ad-hoc basis
Testing (25%)
- Business/User Acceptance Testing (planning testing)
- Manage test book, conduct testing, identify issues and ensure their successful resolution
Training (15%)
- Development and implementation of training plans to ensure that appropriate training is received by all relevant users, including, where necessary, the preparation of Training materials.
Support (15%)
- Provide end user support (2nd/3rd level) for the various HRIS systems.
Team Support
Share key skills, knowledge and experience with other teams members, and actively participate in team meetings and activities..
Person Specification
The ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong technical grounding i.e. preferably a graduate in Computer Science who is looking to grow into a Business Analyst role rather than following a technical development role but who has very good technical skills and thinking.
You will need excellent unified modelling language experience, be used to working with financial data with an aptitude for accuracy. You will be required to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to set deadlines.
