HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – COMPLIANCE AND PROJECTS recruitment

Job Description :

• Review the HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and internal and external audits

• Work closely with Senior Human Resources Team to kick off Human Resources Initiatives and Projects

• Responsible for various projects in Talent Management, Performance Management, and Reward Management. 

Job Requirement :

• Degree in Law, Business Administration or HRM or relevant discipline

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Human Resources position in Banking Industry

• With all-round human resources knowledge and solid experience in HR functional skills.

• With Banking, financial institutions or MNCs experience preferably.

• Good interpersonal skill and good communication Skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
