Our Client

Our client is an international law firm that is looking for a senior and autonomous HR generalist to overlook human resources in their medium sized office in Hong Kong as well as their smaller international offices.

The Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead the team based in Hong Kong and provide all-rounded HR services, including recruitment, performance management, compensation benefits, employee relations, learning development, as well as driving HR initiatives. 

This opportunity rewards individuals with autonomy and self-motivation, as the Human Resources Manager will have fresh information on the region and will recommend initiatives to the senior management.   

You will report directly to the head of Human Resources based in the headquarters and will have professional correspondences with the global chairman and the Asia chairman as a human resources business partner.

To Qualify

With a stable work history, you will be degree educated with 8 or more years of Human Resources generalist experience with respective knowledge. You will also have experience as a business partner and be able to communicate convincingly with partners and senior management.

Candidates with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be of an advantage.
