Human Resources Manager (Recruitment) – Financial Services (REF:HRM-REC/AP120112) recruitment

Our client is a major Financial Services Organisation with global operations and a strong presence in Asia. They are now looking for an experienced Recruitment focused Human Resources Professional to partner with an assigned portfolio of services and manage the entire recruitment process.

The role will involve partnering with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand manpower planning and advise on recruitment strategy and methods. The role will also require advising on market trends and movements within the industry and the use of new and innovative search and selection methods and tools. You will communicate with managers to manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to sourcing, matching and interviewing where necessary through to successful contract offer and negotiation to reduce recruitment turnaround and increase offer and acceptance rates. The role will also involve managing the on-boarding and orientation of new hires. A large part of the role will involve HR reporting on vacancy statistics and metrics in addition to ad-hoc generalist HR support and participating in HR Projects and Initiatives.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 / 6 years in a recruitment and resourcing focused HR function gained within MNC / Financial Institutions. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and have fluent English and Cantonese. You will be able to work in a highly pressurized and fast paced environment and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
