Human Resources Manager recruitment

Responsibilities

• Act as an effective business partner, work closely with managers to understand, anticipate and provide solutions through a motivated and engaged work force

• Responsible for overall manpower planning including recruitment and selection, relocation, and redeployment

• Provide consulting advice and recommendations on people development and retention, performance management, succession planning, talent management to ensure the success of business initiatives

• Extend professional advice to mangers on compensation and benefits related matters including hands-on assistance throughout the annual compensation review process and provision of regular market intelligence

• Support the business in building a better workplace by improving employee satisfaction through various staff initiatives such as employee satisfaction survey, retention and recognition programs, departmental activities, informal staff gathering

Requirements:

• University degree with 8-10 years in HR, have previously been in a generalist role

• Good knowledge of the financial industry sector, ideally from a PE or Investment Bank background

• Solid knowledge in prevailing employment ordinance and related regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Positive thinking with “can-do” mindset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build strong working relationships with the key stakeholders within the businesses
