HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, SHARED SERVICE recruitment
Core Responsibilities:
Leading, managing and developing the Shared Services HR team
Ensuring the delivery of operational Shared Services excellence to internal and external clients
Representing the Shared Services HR team on (multi-discipline) projects to ensure compliance with EMEA legislation, Firm policies and procedures
Drive the development and implementation of structures and strategies through Shared Services to improve HR performance (individual and organizational)
Liaise with other internal teams (e.g. Finance, Payroll and IT) on process management and to resolve any issues
Drive global HRSS strategy locally
Act as a point of escalation to resolve potential issues
Lead or support ad hoc HR project initiatives as required
