Human Resources Manager

• Provides coaching and mentoring to the country’s HR Business Partners in identifying needs and implementing HR development programs and ensure set measurable outcomes are achieved.

• Develops high potential staff for individual career advancement and contribution to the Company.

• Identify candidates for succession planning and critical positions.

• Develops and drive strategic projects and initiatives for talent attraction, executive development, staff retention, employee engagement and communication.

• Implements and coordinates Corporate and regional change initiatives.

• Develops training, new hires materials, communication, employee survey etc materials

Active executor for employment branding programme.

Criteria/ Requirements

• Degree holder with post Diploma in HRD

• Must have about 8 years of significant strategic HRD experience in talent management, change management, employee engagement and executive development

• Must have significant experience in coaching and mentoring other HR peers in driving regional projects and initiatives

• User knowledge of Peoplesoft

• Must be self-motivated, analytical mind and independent

• Demonstrates capacity to understand business issues and translate these issues to talent strategies to meet business objectives in each country and at the same time aligned these strategies to Corporate goals

• Must have excellent EQ and influencing skill

• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet project deadline.

• Must adapt quickly to changes
