Lunalogic opened an office in the UK in 2008 and is looking for a recruitment specialist to work in the development of this Business Unit in London.This is an excellent opportunity for a HR consultant to gain experience in an extremely dynamic financial sector.
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Our partners, engineers from the best universities are experts in a large range of domains such as financial engineering, risks, business analysis and IT development for our clients.
To help us in our expansion, we wish to reinforce our recruitment branch.
Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding clients’ needs and drafting job descriptions
- Using the available human resources communication tools (draft and publish the job offers)
- Sourcing and screening the curriculum-vitae found on different job boards
- Carrying out pre-selection recruitment interviews
- Negotiating recruitment offers and drafting contracts
- Following your consultants
- Organizing forums, and managing the relationship with British universities
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the financial sector would be an advantage
- The successful candidate should be independent and self-motivated in his work, and should have a bachelor degree in Business and/or Human Resources.
