Willis One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is currently hiring HVAC Service Technicians for Maintenance Repair in our Cincinnati, OH location. Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years of service experience in a residential setting. Will assess systems to determine repair vs. replace recommendations to clients. Explains each service and repair performed to the customer each time a service or repair is completed. Makes sure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work. Excellent customer facing and diagnostic skills. Kentucky Journeyman License a plus. Must be able to pass background and drug test.
