Key responsibilities involve vetting documents in ensuring risk control and proper execution of transactions, and marketing and structuring securitisation-realted products for clients in APAC
- Negotiating with various stakeholders ranging from clients to lawyers to accountants/FIs in handling asset-finance related tasks
