Hybrid Senior Business Analyst / PMO recruitment

A major Global Bank is looking for a specialist Hybrid Senior Business Analyst / PMO. The Senior BA/PMO MUST HAVE a good understanding of Regulatory driven Credit Risk, (BASEL II/III, BIPRU, GENPRU rules etc)

Principal Responsibilities

•Provide strong support to the Basel III Programme Manager in respect of planning, progress monitoring, risk and issue management and change control and ensure appropriate processes are in place.
•Making the rule changes consumable through creation of templates for dissemination to policy SME’s for comment and to operational areas for impacts assessment.
•Facilitating to provide support for operational impacts assessments from the policy SME’s and other areas. Includes arrangement of logistics to bring the different Groups together
•Maintain the information management system (currently SharePoint), responsibility for completeness of documentation within this system. This includes creating and maintaining an intranet file store with all rule assessments providing the necessary access to SME’s and others across the Group.
•Representation on the Basel III Working Group to communicate requirements for impact assessment on the operational areas and address issues arising from their work.

Required Experience

•Experience of working in a Business Analyst capacity and especially on requirements analysis and impact assessment.
•Worked in a Regulatory change environment (e.g. Basel II) with high level of understanding of the purpose of the existing BIPRU/GENPRU rules on Banks and their application.
•Experienced in the creation and application of change control principles.
•Requires high end Excel skills
•Experience of working in a senior-level PMO role, and having previously successfully performed the key accountabilities in a Regulatory environment.
•Highly Skilled in the use of office software tools, including spreadsheets (Advanced), presentation tools and word processing.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable challenging stakeholders whilst maintaining good relationships with them
