Hydrocarbon Energy Sales Executive-ETRM CTRM

Primary responsibility will be to sell our Enterprise-wide Energy/Commodity Trading and Risk Management Platform to top and mid-tier Energy trading corporations. Multi-lingual candidates preferred.

 

Requirements for this position include:

• A proven track record developing new business specifically in the European Energy industry and strong, senior industry contacts.

• Strong experience and may have sold into some of the following sectors:  Gas suppliers, Power Generators, Oil/Gas Majors, Refiners, Utilities, Energy-intensive companies.

• Experience with some of the following commodities: Power, gas, oil emissions, renewables, freight, coal, hydrocarbons.

• An excellent understanding and experience with selling trading and risk management solutions. 

• Solid understanding of the analytical processes used to manage procurement and risk.

• Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills (multi lingual preferred).

• Ability to thrive under pressure and work well with others within our organization as well as externally with prospective clients.

• Ability to interface with all different levels and roles of responsibility within an organization.

• Skilled at constructing an RFP response and familiar with working through a 6-9 month sales process.

• 5-7 years of experience or more

• Ability to travel 40-60% of the time
