IB CFO: Business Analyst (Reference Data) recruitment
ROLE SUMMARY:
Reference Data Business Analysis: Provide Business Analysis support to define solution options and recommendations, including pros/cons and rationale for recommendation. Substantiate with data analysis towards building the future state Client Architecture (Client Golden Copy) and for decommission legacy client modules / hubs.
Documentation: Create key project documents such as end-to-end current/future business process flows, in-depth Business Requirements documentations by co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute and adhere to best practices: Maintain high standards in the quality of artefacts produced so as to lay as strong foundation for the project team to execute on.
Networking: Success for any large scale program of change is bolstered by the informal cross IB and cross bank networks that are maintained by the individuals in the program. Each member of the Reference Data program is encouraged to invest in maintaining their own informal network to support this.

Qualifications:
• Graduate from a top university
• Significant Business Analysis experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services or in an international investment bank or similar institution
• Experience in delivering major adoption/migration projects in an investment bank or similar institution
• Experience in driving the decommissioning of legacy applications
• Strong knowledge of investment banking business processes – front to back
• Ease in dealing with senior stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of IT, including experience of working on IT-oriented projects, user requirements development, and testing
• Good understanding of IT oriented methods and approaches
• Adept at Business Analysis methodologies and data modelling
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel)
Desirable
• Knowledge of Client or Product Reference Data front to back
• Knowledge of the banking regulatory environment..
