Reporting to senior management of IBD, the IBD COO will be responsible to work with different functions within the firm to ensure the smooth operation of IBD.
Responsibilities:

- Implementation and execution of key controls over IBD related process
- Updating and maintaining the pipeline and revenue reporting system
- Secretary to new business and commitment committees
- SOX compliance
- Assisting in preparation and analysis of budgets
- Liaising with logistics and control functions
- Assisting in Ad-hoc queries to ensure smooth running of the business
- Preparation of management presentations.
Requirement
?
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience with internal control and investment banking experience or in similar positions in a financial institution
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills, and ability to build internal relationships
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player
