Specific Job Description The Fleet Training Support (FTS) contract facilitates the certification of fleet forces (surface, subsurface, air) as mandated by the Fleet Response Plan/Fleet Response Training Plan. Fleet training programs supporting the FRP, FTC, and FRTP include, but are not limited to: -Contract Program Management -Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) -Unit Level Training -Naval Fires Training -Joint Training/Coalition Training -Link/Air Defense/Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Training -Tomahawk Land Attack Missile (TLAM) Certification -Integrated Antisubmarine Warfare (ASW)/Undersea Warfare (USW) Training -Training Assessment and Reporting, NWTS, Quantitative Fleet Feedback (QFF) program, Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS), Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE)) Training. -Live Training Exercises/Events Support -Fleet Training Assessment Support -Amphibious Warfare Training -Training Systems Engineering and Communications Support -Training Policy Development and Management -Academics (classroom, courses, curriculum development, war-gaming) -Countering Irregular Warfare Challenges (CIWC) ((special operations (SO), antiterrorism (AT), force protection (FP), antipiracy (AP)) Training -Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) Training -Information Dominance (ID), Information Operations (IO), Intelligence, and Cryptology Training -Expeditionary Warfare Training (EWT) The ID, IO, Intelligence, and Cryptology Training Support Lead is the senior support analyst to USFF for information and operations warfare program/policy for the training of units, SGs, and TFs: -Coordinate and liaise with numbered fleets, type commands (COMNAVSURFOR, COMNAVAIRFOR, COMSUBFOR, NECC, CYBERFOR), systems commands (SPAWAR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, CYBERCOM), and OPNAV in matters relating to information and operations warfare including intelligence and cryptological requirements. -Coordinate information and operations warfare requirements with USFF, Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMITC), and CID. -Assist in the development of training requirements relating to IO warfare including intelligence and cryptological requirements in the development of NMETs/JMETs. -Assist in training policy documents and instruction development and modification Standard Job Description Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
