Job description **Positions are located in Columbia, Missouri. Relocation will be required. No remote work will be available for these roles.** IBM is seeking an audit and compliance professional (level 2/3) that will come on board to be responsible for providing point of contact service for our customers regarding compliance policies. The incoming employee will oversee compliance activities for the delivery of IBM ID administration practices per customer contracts and would also be required to complete all security and compliance activities, as well as implementing and maintaining best practices in support of the customer's security and compliance posture. Primary job responsibilities for this role include: Understand IBM security documents and have the ability to identify gaps in processes. Educate account team and other delivery teams and ensure all policies are enforced. Act as the primary focal for customers, auditors, account management and delivery organizations. Open exposure documents and manage to completion ensuring security compliance. Manage root cause analysis for any audit findings. Ensure audit ready documentation is in place for periodic compliance and end user services activities. Generate periodic compliance reports and execute revalidations. Coordinate revalidation results with end user services. Engage the tools team to create queries and macros to streamline data collection efforts. Drive changes among employees as part of the LEAN methodology aimed at reducing waste, driving uniformity and enhancing job performance. Ability to manage several activities at the same time. Required At least 2 years experience in audit and security related activities English: Fluent Preferred Associate's Degree/College Diploma At least 4 years experience in audit and security related activities At least 3 years experience in LEAN methodologies and practices At least 3 years experience in experience in information technology environments (Intel, Mainframe, UNIX, AS400) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
