IFA Sales Manager
Salary up to £50,000 + bonus + benefits
A smart and forward thinking, fee based financial planning practice are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to manage a team of well qualified IFAs.
The role will be to drive and lead the team to continue to write good quality fee based business in a way that meets and exceeds clients expectations.
Candidates must have an excellent background in offering fee based financial planning and be able to demonstrate a credible history as a fee producer. In addition the role require an individual who is able to lead and manage by example, an excellent communicator with the ability to grow a team.
A central office in Nottingham is available but travel is required around the East Midlands and offers an excellent basic salary circa £50,000 including an excellent range of benefits and bonus.
