We have an immediate need for an SEC guru for a client in West Houston! This long term consulting opportunity will pay between $60-70/hr and may involve some overtime!

Responsibiliites will include:

Assist with Annual Reports
10Q, 10K
Special Projects, when needed

Requirements include:

Would prefer a minimum of 3 years of Big 4 experience or large CPA firm experience
Minimum 2 years of financial reporting
MA experience is a definite plus
